Alla Revenko invites you
to a 5-hour women’s retreat
in Maple Ridge
for Breath, Music & Movement
A quiet pause in the flow of life is
a moment to breathe, soften, and listen inward. This retreat offers you space to release what feels heavy, to reconnect with your body and emotions, and to return to the woman you truly are.
This retreat matters because women move through life carrying so much responsibility, emotion, memory, and care for others. Here, you are invited to put it all down for a moment.
To breathe, rest, soften, and rediscover what you truly feel. This is a space created for your healing, your clarity, and your renewal.
This retreat offers a gentle, supportive space to:
• reflect on the past,
• gather lessons into wisdom,
• honour your growth and resilience,
• release old patterns and outdated stories,
• open your body and heart to what lies ahead.
This day becomes a soft transition into your next chapter, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.
"Breath, Music, Movement" is a somatic, feminine practice that combines deep breathing, intuitive movement, and the healing power of music. It gently releases stored tension and reconnects women with the wisdom of their bodies.Science has proven that breath, sound, and gentle movement support the nervous system, balance emotions, and foster inner clarity.
What You Will Experience:
• grounding opening meditation,
• guided reflection on your recent life journey,
• 70–80 minute breathwork session using the BMM method,
• soft movement and body-based awareness,
• journaling and intention-setting ritual,
• closing circle of gratitude and integration. All of this is held in a calm, supportive atmosphere where you can move at your own pace.
What You Will Take Home:
• a clear, embodied intention for what comes next in your life,
• a sense of inner relief and completion,
• renewed connection with your feminine essence,
• emotional clarity and trust in your own inner guidance,
• a deeper connection with your body and its natural wisdom,
• a renewed sense of possibilities for the next chapter of your life,
• deeper breath and a more grounded presence.

An entire era of live voices, warm touches, shared breath, and the simple presence of another human being beside us is diminishing. We’ve spent so much time staring at the gadget screens
that our bodies faded into the background.
We read more than we feel.
We know more about somebody's life and events, yet experience less in our own lives.
Even our fatigue became digital. The online world gave us convenience; however, it quietly took our vitality.Deep down, you miss what is natural –
real faces, real voices, real moments,
the sound of silence in pauses while sharing,
the way the ambience atmosphere changes when women breathe together. Now, offline is no longer a thing of the past.
It feels like a return.
It is a homecoming.Breath • Music • Movement is not just an event.
It is a way to recall that you are alive.
